Rolling Enrollment Policy
English Language Academy (ELA)
English Language Academy operates on a rolling enrollment basis, which means that students are not required to begin their studies only on fixed start dates.
Students may enroll and begin classes at various times throughout the year, depending on availability of space in existing groups and the student’s English proficiency level as determined by the placement test.
Joining an Ongoing Class
Students may join an ongoing class during the middle of a term if:
- there is available space in the group, and
- the student’s level is compatible with the current class level.
In such cases, students receive orientation and academic guidance to ensure a smooth integration into the class.
When No Group Is Available
If no appropriate group is available at the time of enrollment, English Language Academy may offer the student individual (private) classes temporarily until:
- a group at the appropriate level becomes available, and
- a sufficient number of students are enrolled to open a new group.
A new group is opened when enrollment becomes academically and financially viable.
Start of a New Term
English Language Academy does not operate strictly by fixed academic semesters.
New instructional terms may begin when:
- there is sufficient student demand, and
- appropriate instructional resources are available.
Students are informed of their official start date upon completion of the placement test and registration process.
Enrollment Confirmation
Final enrollment and class placement are confirmed only after:
- completion of the placement test,
- submission of required documentation, and
- payment of applicable tuition and fees.
