English Language Academy (ELA) Orlando offers optional cultural, social, and recreational activities designed to support students’ language development and cultural integration.

Types of activities may include, but are not limited to:
• Cultural and holiday events
• Movie nights and on-campus activities
• Educational trips (e.g., museums, science centers)
• Community and social activities

Participation in activities is voluntary and not required as part of the academic program.

Health & Safety Procedures:
• All activities are supervised by ELA staff or approved representatives.
• Students are expected to follow all safety instructions provided before and during activities.
• Emergency contact information must be on file prior to participation in off-campus activities.
• In case of emergency, ELA staff will follow established emergency procedures and contact appropriate services.

Fees:
Some activities may involve additional costs (e.g., admission fees, transportation). Students will be informed in advance if any fees apply. Many activities are offered at no cost.

Waiver and Acknowledgment:
For activities involving potential health or safety risks, students may be required to sign an activity acknowledgment or waiver prior to participation.

Communication:
Information about activities, including schedules, fees, and participation requirements, is communicated to students through email, announcements, and postings at the school.
